Job summary

Altium Packaging is seeking an entry-level Production Packaging Associate for 1st shift in New Castle, PA. The role involves proper packaging of materials, loading and moving materials, operating packaging equipment, and adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices.

The position offers a 1st shift from 7:50am to 4:20pm with a pay of $16.25 per hour. Responsibilities include monitoring conveyors, ensuring correct labeling, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace while following safety policies

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical skills are required.
• Basic computer experience.
• Prefer High School diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates safe work practices by wearing correct PPE and following safety policies.
• Demonstrates punctuality and adheres to work schedule.
• Demonstrates a Teamwork attitude by working well and effectively with others.
• Keeps the work area neat, clean, and organized.
• Monitor conveyor belts and clear bottle jams from lines.
• Inspect the quality of bottles during production, packaging, and labeling.
• Move finished goods to designated area.
• Duties may differentiate by plant based on equipment and plant design.
