Job summary

Lupin Somerset is seeking 3 Packaging Operator I personnel for the 3rd shift to support liquid, powder, and tablet packaging operations. You will set up filling machines, document activities, and ensure adherence to cGMP and batch records while maintaining safety and quality throughout the packaging process.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of experience with filling equipment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience with filling equipment for liquid, powder, or tablet operations.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate filling machines and scales to package pharmaceutical products.
• Follow SOPs, batch records, cGMPs, and supervisor instructions.
• Document packaging activities in batch records and log books.
• Ensure products are manufactured and packaged to quality standards and specs.
• Maintain line speed to meet production and quality goals.
• Perform cleaning, sanitization, material transfers, labeling, and palletization.
• Document activities per GMP requirements and batch record instructions.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and ensure final product quality.
• Work in a team environment to meet targets.

3 Open Position in 3rd Shift. Lupin Somerset is hiring 3 Packaging Operator I in 3rd shift.

Job Description

• Set up and operate liquid/powder/tablet filling machines and scales to package pharmaceutical products.
• Perform job functions as per written instructions in Standard Operating Procedures; Packaging Batch records; cGMP’s and verbal instructions from supervisors and line leaders.
• Document all the packaging activities in packaging batch records, log books, and any other appropriate cGMP documents.
• Ensure that all products are manufactured and packaged according to quality standards and product specifications through daily execution of batch master records.
• Work as per the line operating speed and standards to meet the production and quality goals.
• Perform equipment cleaning, room cleaning, inspection, sanitization, material transfers, labelling and palletization.
• Perform documentation of the activities as per GMP requirements.
• Follow batch record instructions during the packaging process, as per standard operating procedures.
• Operator must adhere to all safety guidelines and ensure that the final product meets high-quality standards.
• Work in team environment to achieve targets outputs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year experience with filling equipment for liquid, powder, or tablet operations.

Experience

• Powder or tablet filling experience preferred.
• Able to lift 25-70 lbs.
• Strong written and verbal communication to report progress and changes.
