• Change reels and/or carts as needed and document procedures.
• Communicate with lead and supervisor, maintaining safe work practices.
• Cut samples and dispose of scrap according to written procedures.
• Keep the work area organized and maintain 5’s standards.
• Set up all recoil equipment as required.
• Contribute to lean initiatives and continuous improvement.

Uponor is looking for a packaging operator to work full‑time in a 4x4 shift structure (6am–6pm, 12‑hour shifts). The position is in‑person and offers a base pay of $20.50–$27.22 per hour with a $1,000 welcome bonus.
