Job summary

Natural Factors is seeking a Packaging Operator for the Monroe, WA facility. The role supports the assembly and packaging of nutritional supplements on a steady afternoon/evening shift.

You will set up and run packaging lines, verify labeling and sealing, pack bottles for shipment, and maintain accurate production records. We value reliable team players with basic math and computer skills, a commitment to safety and quality, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Packaging Operator – Morning Shift

Pay: $21.45–$24.14/hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 2:00pm-10:30pm (No weekends!)
