Smithfield Foods is seeking a Machine Operator in Saint Charles, MO. You will operate meat cutting and packaging machinery to produce high-quality products, maintain a clean and safe production line, and support teammates to meet safety and quality standards.

The role requires the ability to work 12-hour shifts in a physically demanding environment, with compensation including hourly pay and shift differentials, plus benefits for eligible employees.

These positions require technical knowledge of computerized equipment . Machine Operator positions are physically demanding and require good hand-eye coordination, and attention to detail. Machine Operators must be able to work their scheduled shift and may be required to work overtime depending on production demands.Physical Demands & Work EnvironmentTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
