Syngenta Crop Protection is seeking a packaging operator to operate various packaging equipment, follow standard work, and support production goals. You will assist with troubleshooting equipment issues, ensure safety gear is worn, and help maintain OEE targets.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement and operational excellence across shifts. The position requires eligibility to work in the US, limited travel, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs once per day, with a focus on safe, efficient

Job Description

This role is responsible for operating a variety of packaging equipment and performing standardized tasks safely and efficiently to support production goals. The individual will assist with troubleshooting equipment issues and resolving operational challenges, while consistently using required safety equipment such as respirators and protective clothing. They will follow operator standard work procedures to maintain packaging line Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and help ensure performance targets are met. When processes fall below OEE expectations during a shift, the employee will provide feedback and support corrective actions to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
