Job summary

Altium Packaging in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an entry-level Production/Packaging Associate to support packaging of materials and finished products. You will load and move materials and operate packaging equipment following GMP.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork; you will monitor lines, perform bottle inspections, maintain clean workstations, and assist with inventory of packaging supplies. Completion of required training within 90 days is expected.

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical skills are required.
• Basic computer experience.
• Prefer High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Completion of Altium Production/Packaging Associate I, training within 90 days of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates safe work practices by wearing correct PPE and following safety policies.
• Monitors conveyors and clears bottle jams from lines.
• Inspects the quality of bottles during production, packaging, and labeling.
• Performs bottle inspections, such as drop tests for designated lines.
• Move finished goods to designated area and maintain organized workstations.
