Job summary

Sauer Brands, Inc. in Mauldin, SC is seeking a Packaging Specialist for 1st shift to operate packing lines and tape machinery. You will assemble finished goods into cases, verify correct packaging, and ensure accurate downtime recording.

The role requires attention to detail, the ability to lift up to 30 lbs, and reliable, punctual performance. Training provided to ensure quality and adherence to safety standards on a fast-paced 10-hour shift.

Qualifications

• Machine operating experience preferred.
• Must be detail orientated.
• Able to walk & stand during most all of a 10 hour shift.
• Quality driven, Self-motivated, and willing to learn.
• Dependable & punctual.
• Physical capacities: Able to lift 30 lbs.
• High School Diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Pack finished product into shipping cases and pass them through a tape machine.
• Monitor film rolls and notify operator when stock is low.
• Verify correct boxes for each product.
• Oversee tape machine and printer, reporting issues promptly.
• Keep belt clean and area orderly during the shift.
• Notify supervisor of any quality defects and rework as needed.
• Maintain legible paperwork and record downtime accurately.
• Support a safe and clean work environment.
