Florida Avenue Brewing Co. in Wesley Chapel, FL is seeking a Full-Time Packaging Operator to join our on-site beverage production team. You will operate and monitor packaging machinery, set up lines, inspect products for quality, and keep a clean, safe workspace to meet production deadlines.

This role requires attention to detail, good communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You’ll log production metrics and participate in continuous improvement while upholding safety
