Coastal Elite Pro in Joplin, MO is seeking a Feeder Packer to support high-volume paper and packaging production. You will feed materials into machinery, check quality, and prepare finished goods for shipment.

You will follow strict safety procedures, maintain a clean work area, and complete basic production records. You will assist with line changeovers and work with teammates to support safety, continuous improvement, and environmental responsibility.

• Feed paper/corrugated materials into machines accurately and consistently.
• Inspect finished products for quality and conformance to standards.
• Pack products for shipment and ensure orders are properly prepared.
• Follow strict safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Complete basic production/quality records as required.
• Assist with line changeovers to support efficient equipment operation.
• Work with operators and teammates to support safety, continuous improvement, and environmental responsibility.
