Responsibilities

• Fill bags to designated weights using manual or automated equipment.
• Stack and palletize filled bags in an orderly configuration.
• Shrink-wrap finished pallets for shipment.
• Operate forklifts to move products and materials.
• Cross-train on multiple machines and work stations.
• Follow safety rules, standard operating procedures, and quality specifications.
• Maintain accurate production counts and material usage.
• Keep work areas clean, safe, and clutter-free.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers.
• Support Wyo-Ben’s Quality Management System and Continuous Improvement efforts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Full-Time

Wyo-Ben is seeking a Packaging Operator to help package and prepare products for shipment while supporting our commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement. This is a hands‑on, production role with on-the-job training provided.

Job Duties

• Fill bags to designated weights using manual or automated equipment
• Stack and palletize filled bags in an orderly configuration
• Shrink-wrap finished pallets for shipment
• Operate forklifts to move products and materials
• Cross-train on multiple machines and work stations
• Follow safety rules, standard operating procedures, and quality specifications
• Maintain accurate production counts and material usage

Physical & Work Requirements

• Stand, walk, bend, and climb for 8-10 hours per shift, including catwalks
• Regularly lift up to 50 lbs; occasional team lifts up to 100 lbs
• Work around moving machinery and mobile equipment
• Exposure to dust, fragrance noise, and temperature variations
• Ability to work flexible schedules and various shifts
• Compliance with all safety and PPE requirements
