Job summary

MEDS is seeking motivated, reliable contractors for a temporary materials-preparation project in our Elmhurst facility. You will prepare packaging materials by inserting inserts, applying labels, and organizing materials. This role does not involve handling medications or performing pharmacy technician duties.

The assignment is 40 hours per week, paid hourly, with a one-hour lunch break. Strong performers may be considered for future pharmacy technician roles, though advancement is not

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Must be able to pass a background check required for work in a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Place paper inserts, flyers, or other printed materials into mailers so they are ready for fulfillment.
• Apply stickers or labels to packaging materials accurately and consistently.
• Organize prepared materials and keep work areas neat and orderly.
• Follow written instructions, quality checks, safety procedures, and facility policies.
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy expectations while working as part of a team.
• Assist with other similar packaging-material preparation tasks as assigned.
