The Operator - Machine Relief at Coca-Cola UNITED is responsible for producing quality product on a continuous motion packaging line while safely running equipment. You will fill in breaks and vacations as needed, ensuring smooth handoffs and adherence to GMP standards.

Daily tasks include quality checks, equipment troubleshooting, and executing product and package changeovers on several machines, with a focus on safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old and valid employment eligibility.
• Good work record and attendance.
• Dependable with a positive attitude and safety focus.
• Ability to receive and follow instructions and work with others.
• Valid MVR if drivers are involved and ability to pass company physical.
• Neat appearance and self-motivation to learn equipment.
• Ability to operate/learn technical packaging equipment and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quality check sheets for production runs.
• Operate and troubleshoot multiple packaging equipment pieces efficiently.
• Perform product changeovers without assistance.
• Perform package changeovers on multiple machines without assistance.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment per GMP standards.
