Responsibilities

• Operate packaging machines efficiently
• Assist on-the-floor training
• Collaborate with packaging technicians on new product tests
• Suggest process improvements
• Support other PMOs on their lines
• Set up and achieve 100% startup of packaging machines
• Ensure finished products meet quality standards
• Communicate with packers and direct team members
• Complete required documentation
• Maintain Clean, Inspect, Lubricate procedures
• Conduct one-on-one reviews and provide feedback
• Perform maintenance and mechanical troubleshooting as needed
• Complete machine operator training per the Continuous Skills Development Program
• Adhere to safety rules and participate in Safety Training
