The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma or GED and experience in an industrial setting, with the ability to follow directions and work as part of a team to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in an industrial assembly line environment or related work preferred.
• Ability to communicate; reading and writing comprehension.
• Ability to follow directions and work rotating shifts, overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust equipment on packaging line and load film/labels.
• Start and stop machines, clear jams, load and maintain wrapper/sealer.
• Operate palletizer and stage finished goods for storage.
• Inspect product quality and record results; report defects.
• Rotate through machine operator duties across departments.
• Maintain clean work area and follow GMP/PPE guidelines.
