Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Entry-level friendly; prior warehouse/production experience helpful but not required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfort around production and packaging equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate the bag packer, pallet table, and related packaging equipment.
• Perform bagging and packaging according to established procedures.

You power up the bagging machine, confirm the correct codes and labels are set, and start the first run. As bags move down the line, you watch for accuracy and quality, pull anything that doesn’t look right, and keep materials flowing.Finished bags head to the pallet table where you stack them securely and apply shrink wrap. You prepare each pallet for shipment, stage it by lane, and help load trucks safely and efficiently.
