Newly Weds Foods- Corporate is seeking a packaging associate to support first shift packaging operations in Mount Pleasant, TX. The role involves bagging product on packaging lines, rotating to different positions as needed, and ensuring accurate weights and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School or GED equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of packaging experience in a food manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up machine for startup and ensure proper operation.
• Verify ingredient being bagged and confirm batch with supervisor as needed.
• Pack products into bags ensuring correct weight and line standards.
• Assist in stacking at end of line by loading boxes/bags onto pallets.
• Complete paperwork as needed and maintain product integrity.
• Assist in inventory and cycle counts; keep area clean and follow LOTO procedures.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
