Job summary

Boulevard Brewing Company in Kansas City, MO is hiring a Packaging Line Operator to safely run bottling, canning, and keg lines and keep the packaging areas clean and organized. You will work with a team to move finished beer into containers while following quality procedures to ensure the product is right the first time.

The role requires adherence to safety standards and SOPs, ability to perform CIP, and flexibility to cover shifts when needed.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail
• Forklift certification/certificate required (will train)
• Experience with cleaning chemicals, including caustic and acids (hazardous)
• Ability to perform bottling line changeovers (will train)
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule
• Be present and ready to start on time
• Work ethically and with integrity

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging equipment for bottling, canning, keg line production and product packaging.
• Assist in shipping and receiving duties as necessary.
• Clean and organize packaging areas to maintain a safe workspace.
• Perform CIP (clean in place) procedures on bottling, keg and can lines.
• Adhere to safety standards, SOPs and company policies.
• Notify packaging lead/manager of materials shortages to avoid production delays.
• Assist in equipment maintenance checks and routine upkeep.
• Escalate maintenance or safety issues beyond operator scope.
• Support the packaging lead to ensure product quality and on-time delivery.
