Job summary

King's Hawaiian is seeking a packaging machine operator in Torrance, CA. You will own the setup, operation, and basic troubleshooting of the bagger line to meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards.

You will record data in QA forms, follow GMP and safety procedures including LOTO, perform sanitation as needed, and participate in training to improve efficiency and reduce waste. The role requires overtime and weekend shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend and communicate in English.
• Basic math skills required for record-keeping and measurements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging line to meet daily production goals while ensuring quality standards.
• Record waste, production and QA data in required forms and systems.
• Sanitize line and equipment per GMP and safety procedures (LOTO, etc.).
• Assist in line changeovers and equipment adjustments to improve efficiency.
