Job summary

Kao in Cincinnati, OH is seeking manufacturing associates to join our production lines bottling and packaging consumer products such as Jergens Lotion. This position offers 1st and 3rd shift opportunities with mandatory overtime.

You will stack finished goods on pallets, print SAP tags, maintain production records, inspect for quality, assist with start-up, keep areas clean, and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented GMP environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Basic math skills required.
• Forklift or powered forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stack cases of finished merchandise on pallets.
• Print SAP tags and position on pallets, then haul to storage.
• Maintain accurate production records.
• Inspect finished product for quality defects.
• Assist with start up.
• Keep work area and equipment clean.
• Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment following FDA and GMP procedures.

What you will do:

• Stack cases of finished merchandise on pallets.
• Print SAP tags and position on correct pallet, and haul to temporary storage.
• Maintain accurate production records.
• Inspect finished product for quality defects.
• Assist with start up.
• Keep work area and equipment clean.
• Work in accordance with FDA and GMP procedures in a fast pace, team orientated, manufacturing environment.

What you will need:

• Minimum high school diploma or GED, trade school or associates degree preferred.
• Basic math skills required.
• Power truck experience is preferred.
• Lift up to 70 lbs. on an infrequent, non-repetitive basis is required.
• Mandatory overtime.
