Job summary

LDB Beverage in Stevenson, Washington, is seeking Packaging Line Associates to support the packaging process before, during, and after production runs. You’ll prepare materials, load cans, build boxes, palletize finished product, and maintain a clean, organized production environment.

This active role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the potential to cross-train as Equipment Operators through on‑the‑job training.

Qualifications

• We’re looking for team members who are reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn.
• Preferred: previous experience as Material Handler, Packaging Line Associate, Equipment Operator, or similar manufacturing or production roles.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time for every scheduled shift.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Prepare raw packaging materials for production.
• Build boxes and load cans.
• Palletize finished product.
• Repack finished products as needed.
• Follow written SOPs and other instructions related to GMPs, SQF, organic, gluten-free, and other quality standards.
• Follow all SQF hygiene, attire, hand washing, personal items, illness, and other food‑safety practices.

Packaging Line Associates / Equipment Operators

LDB Beverage is growing, and we’re looking for dependable, motivated team members to join our packaging department!

We are currently hiring Packaging Line Associates with opportunities to train into Equipment Operator roles across our two packaging shifts.

This is a fast-paced, hands‑on position where you’ll learn the flow of our packaging line and play an important role in keeping production running safely and efficiently. With the right skills, work ethic, and attitude, employees have the opportunity to receive training on four different machines.

Schedule

• 10-hour shifts
• Monday–Thursday or Tuesday–Friday
• Overtime will be available as production needs require

Job Summary
