Job summary

Revance Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Packaging Technician to assist in the filling and packaging of pharmaceutical products in our Johnson City, TN facility on site.

You will support the Packaging Supervisor and ensure adherence to SOPs, quality standards, and safety policies during weekend shifts. Responsibilities include leading packaging activities, maintaining clean work environments, reviewing batch records, and helping staff maximize efficiency while upholding cGMP requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1-2 years' manufacturing experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic math and numerical abilities.
• Punctual and reliable attendance.
• Quality-driven with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel in following policies and procedures.
• Lead packaging/filling rooms and coordinate activities of workers engaged in filling and packaging products.
• Evaluate and improve work processes and resolve problem areas.
• Ensure product quality through SOP adherence and staff training.
• Assist staffing production areas and maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Review batch record entries.
• Calculate yield for finished goods.
• Keep production process flowing smoothly.
• Conform to all cGMP procedures and SOPs.
• Other duties as assigned.
