Responsibilities

• Direct job assignments and support the packaging department, training new line workers and operators.
• Reinforce safety as a Core Value and ensure Food Safety & Quality compliance.
• Monitor lines for quality and adjust operations to reduce variability.
• Maintain production records and prepare daily reports; complete paperwork in SAP/RedZone.
• Coach employees to improve productivity, quality, or cost control.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
