You will drive packaging development for North America from concept through launch, collaborating with manufacturing to ensure quality execution on-site 2–3 days per week.

Qualifications

• Experience in packaging innovation for consumer products.
• Shop floor experience leading line trials and validation activities.
• Knowledge of primary packaging: bottles, tubes, caps, closures, pumps.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead component development for personal care packaging.
• Develop packaging specifications and implement changes.
• Lead packaging line trials and validation activities.
• Manage GMP practices and change controls.
• Coordinate with R&D and operations.
