Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Packaging Graphic Designer to support packaging graphics, artwork, and specification updates in a large consumer packaged goods environment. The role collaborates with the packaging team to update graphics, nutrition labels, specifications, and technical packaging information as requirements change.

The ideal candidate will review legacy packaging specifications for discrepancies and ensure information reflects current production, while managing multiple updates

Qualifications

• 3-4+ years of packaging experience in a related field.
• Food or CPG packaging background is required.
• Experience with packaging graphics, artwork, and specifications.
• Understanding of packaging materials and print technologies.
• Experience updating packaging specifications and technical information.
• Familiarity with nutrition labels and packaging requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in updates.
• Ability to manage multiple packaging updates simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage packaging graphics and artwork updates.
• Update and validate packaging specifications.
• Support nutrition label and packaging requirement changes.
• Review legacy specifications for outdated or incomplete information.
• Support packaging changes for new flavors and product updates.
• Validate technical information against current production requirements.
• Identify discrepancies and coordinate corrections.
• Partner with packaging and cross-functional teams.
• Support commercialization and packaging testing activities as needed.
