Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or packaging-related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years of professional experience in graphic/packaging design.
• Experience in Beauty, Fragrance, Personal Care, or consumer products preferred.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating packaging design, graphic design, typography, color, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to translate trends and consumer insights into design.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and develop design solutions for Beauty, Fragrance, Body Care.
• Translate fragrance stories, consumer insights, and trends into packaging and product designs.
• Develop cohesive design systems across multiple product forms, including color, typography, graphics, patterns, photography, and visual storytelling.
• Create designs from initial concepts through final production, including DTOs and final artwork for production handoff.
• Review mechanical artwork and production files for design accuracy and final approval.
• Develop concept boards, mood boards, design presentations, and visual storytelling materials.
• Research emerging trends across beauty, fragrance, wellness, lifestyle, color, materials, and packaging.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Design, Packaging Engineering, Product Development, Merchandising, and Production.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What You'll Do:

• Conceptualize and develop creative design solutions for Beauty, Fragrance, Body Care, core categories, and innovation initiatives
• Translate fragrance stories, consumer insights, and beauty trends into distinctive packaging and product designs
• Develop cohesive design systems across multiple product forms, including color, typography, graphics, patterns, photography, and visual storytelling
• Create designs from initial concepts through final production, including Design Turn Overs (DTOs) and final artwork for production handoff
• Review mechanical artwork and production files for design accuracy and final approval
• Develop concept boards, mood boards, design presentations, and visual storytelling materials
• Research emerging trends across beauty, fragrance, wellness, lifestyle, color, materials, and packaging
• Explore innovative graphic treatments, decorative techniques, materials, and finishes to enhance product presentation
• Provide approved designs and creative direction to mechanical art and production teams for technical development
• Collaborate with Design, Packaging Engineering, Product Development, Merchandising, Production, and other cross-functional teams
• Participate in store visits, competitive research, and consumer insight activities to identify evolving marketplace trends
• Manage multiple projects and priorities within a fast-paced, collaborative environment

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 4-6 years of professional experience in graphic design, packaging design, illustration, or related creative disciplines
• Experience in Beauty, Fragrance, Personal Care, or consumer products preferred
• Strong portfolio demonstrating packaging design, graphic design, typography, color, and visual storytelling
• Strong understanding of beauty and fragrance aesthetics with the ability to translate trends and consumer insights into relevant design
• Experience developing cohesive design systems across multiple products, formats, and packaging structures
• Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to move from initial inspiration through polished design execution
• Experience working with photography, illustration, pattern, typography, and other visual assets in integrated packaging design
• Understanding of print production, packaging artwork, and decorative techniques preferred
• Strong Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills required
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously
• Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
• Ability to incorporate creative direction while bringing forward new ideas and design solutions
