Kate McLeod is seeking a Packaging Associate for our Hudson Valley workshop in Red Hook, NY. This hands-on role involves packaging products for distribution to customers and wholesale partners, with full-time and part-time options available.

You will set up the packaging line, monitor daily output, inspect shipments, and maintain accurate inventory. A positive, can-do attitude is essential for thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, packaging, or fulfillment preferred.
• Ability to operate pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Dependable, adaptable, and a team player.
• Able to lift up to 55 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Package products by hand with consistency and care, ensuring quality.
• Set up the packaging line daily with required materials.
• Monitor and record daily output and quality rejects.
• Receive and inspect shipments, report discrepancies.
• Maintain inventory counts of packaging materials.
• Assemble, box, label, and palletize shipments.
• Pick, pack, and prepare wholesale orders.
• Follow health and safety procedures and keep areas organized.
• Assist with other production or warehouse tasks as needed.
