Job summary

Silgan Containers in Ligonier, Indiana is seeking a Finisher who can work all three shifts on site. You will perform finishing operations including packaging, inspection, recording finished production, and rework as directed.

The role requires lifting 18–30 lbs per carton, basic arithmetic, and a commitment to safety and housekeeping on the line. You will label units, complete tickets, and support the Supervisor as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work all 3 shifts.
• Able to lift 18-30 lbs per carton.
• Basic arithmetic and measurement tools knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Finish operations on a variety of products, including packaging, rework, inspection, weighing, and recording finished production.
• Pack cartons with bottles at a standard rate.
• Load conveyors and perform line housekeeping and scrap removal.
• Initials and date box labels and make unit tickets.
