Relocation to Henderson, NV by Q1 2027 is required. You will follow management directions, own projects, and communicate design decisions while staying current on packaging trends and technology.

Bachelor’s degree in packaging engineering or related field required; 0–1 year experience acceptable, 1–3 years preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in packaging engineering, industrial design, or related field.
• Understand the entire design process from concept to production.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design packaging solutions for Haas machines and accessories for shipping.
• Follow direction of the management team to ensure proper design protocols and procedures are followed.
• Effectively communicate reasoning behind design decisions.
• Remain up to date on new packaging trends, materials, and technology.
• Create, administer, and implement Engineering Change Requests.
• Maintain a task schedule and hold deadlines.
• Take full ownership of assigned projects.
• Follow instructions, procedures, and elevate issues impacting workflow, quality, etc.
• Exhibit honesty and integrity and demonstrate adherence to rules, procedures, and policies.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in packaging engineering, industrial design, or related field
