Qualifications

• Hands-on IQ, OQ, PQ experience with process validation.
• Knowledge of Cognex and Keyence vision inspection systems is preferred.
• DOE and Minitab knowledge is preferred.
• Medical device industry experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and documentation skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Validate and qualify packaging materials such as nylon film, foil, and Tyvek.
• Perform equipment qualification (IQ, OQ, PQ) and process validation.
• Develop validation protocols, reports, and SOPs.
• Support process development and change control activities.
• Lead projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with medical device quality standards.
