Job summary

Systems Ally seeks a Packaging Engineer to design, develop, validate, and implement packaging systems for medical devices. You will drive continuous improvement, work closely with manufacturing, quality, R&D, regulatory, and supply chain teams, and ensure solutions meet product protection and regulatory requirements.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a packaging or related engineering field and 3+ years in regulated environments; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in packaging or related engineering field.
  • 3+ years in packaging, manufacturing, medical devices, or regulated industries.
  • Experience with packaging validation and testing.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging systems for medical device products.
  • Lead packaging validation and testing activities to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, R&D, Regulatory, Supply Chain and external suppliers to deliver compliant packaging solutions.
