Job summary

Sibitalent Corp is seeking an experienced Packaging Engineer to support primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging systems. You will evaluate equipment performance and drive productivity improvements across lines.

You will lead line layout efforts, coordinate OEM collaborations, and assist with changeovers, validations, and commissioning to ensure GMP-compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, packaging, or industrial engineering.
• 7–10 years of experience in packaging engineering within FMCG, cosmetics, personal care, or consumer goods.
• Strong understanding of filling, capping, labeling, cartoning, case packing, and palletizing systems.
• Experience with packaging machinery selection and integration.
• Knowledge of GMP and packaging quality requirements.
• Experience working with packaging equipment OEMs.
• Brownfield facility modification experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Proficiency in AutoCAD and packaging line layout development.

Experience working with packaging equipment OEMs.

Knowledge of GMP and packaging quality requirements.

Strong project coordination and communication skills.

Experience supporting brownfield facility modifications preferred.
