Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Packaging Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
• 710 years of packaging engineering experience in FMCG, cosmetics, personal care, or consumer goods industries.
• Strong understanding of filling, capping, labeling, cartoning, case packing, and palletizing systems.
• Experience with packaging machinery selection and integration.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and packaging line layout development.
• Experience working with packaging equipment OEMs.
• Knowledge of GMP and packaging quality requirements.
• Strong project coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite in the USA.
