Job Description:

• Pay is $41.33/hr.
• 12-month assignment with possibility of extension or conversion based on performance and budget.
• Collaborate with Design Labs as part of the Operations practice, assisting clients in solving complex operational challenges with a focus on optimizing packaging strategies. This includes blending strategic thinking with hands‑on practicality to develop and implement solutions that address critical business needs.
• Work closely with clients and teams to take an integrative approach to product development and procurement, emphasizing packaging design that balances customer preferences, competitive offerings, and cost‑effective manufacturing and distribution methods.
• Leverage key tools, software, and personal expertise to deliver impactful results across multiple areas, including packaging optimization, complexity reduction, design for manufacturing/assembly, and commercial excellence.
