Job summary

The ASR Group seeks a Packaging Maintenance Electrical Supervisor to help supervise high-speed packaging equipment, including Fanuc robot cells, palletizers, and top sheet dispensers. The role involves supervising electrical packaging staff in a union setting and ensuring safe, efficient operation.

Candidates should have prior supervisory experience in manufacturing, strong diagnostic skills, and the ability to read blueprints and system drawings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; technical maintenance cert preferred.
• Certificate or degree in Industrial Maintenance required.
• Military service will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Instruct personnel in proper duties and safety procedures.
• Oversee maintenance and repairs on packaging equipment and robotics.
• Troubleshoot and repair packaging machines quickly and accurately.
• Read blueprints, schematics and manufacturer instructions; update drawings.
• Determine materials needed for maintenance and overhauls.
• Perform basic metal fabrication and fabrication tasks as needed.
• Ensure all work follows established safety procedures.
