We're hiring Packaging and Die Cut Machine Operators for Rollo NV - Pahrump production facility. You'll be part of a small team running label die cutting and packaging equipment across rotating shifts.

What you'll do

• Load and set up die cut and packaging line equipment at the start of each shift
• Monitor machines during operation and make basic adjustments to maintain output quality
• Perform routine visual inspection of finished product
• Move raw materials and finished goods using pallet jacks or forklifts (training provided if needed)
• Keep your work area clean and organized and flag any equipment issues to the shift lead

What we're looking for

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working with machinery in a production environment
• Basic warehouse experience is a plus (pallet jacks, forklifts, inventory handling)
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
• No prior die cut experience required. We'll train the right person.
