Job summary

Lifted is seeking a skilled Packaging Designer to craft primary and secondary packaging, dielines, and structural concepts for beauty/skincare brands. You will deliver production-ready artwork and collaborate with product, brand, regulatory, and ops teams to ensure feasibility.

You will own color, finishes, typography, hierarchy, and visual packaging identity, while preparing accurate mechanical files for print and vendor specs and maintaining version control across libraries.

Qualifications

• Experience designing primary and secondary packaging for consumer brands.
• Ability to produce production-ready artwork and mechanical files.
• Strong collaboration with product, brand, regulatory and ops teams.

• Execute resizing, layout adjustments and technical refinements.
• Ensure color accuracy, trapping, bleeds and pre-press best practices.
• Manage version control and packaging artwork libraries.
• Partner with printers to ensure flawless production.
