Job summary

Ajulia Executive Search is seeking a packaging designer with 3–5 years of experience in food, beverage, or CPG packaging. You will design artwork, develop dielines and packaging structures, and create 3D mockups for reviews and approvals.

Responsibilities include supporting production trials, conducting vendor press checks, and ensuring regulatory and brand compliance while pursuing sustainable material initiatives and on‑time project delivery.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of packaging design experience (preferably in CPG).
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Knowledge of packaging production processes, print specifications, and materials.
• Experience with 3D mockup tools (Blender or similar).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Willingness to travel for vendor press checks.
• Experience with Canva for internal content.
• Familiarity with AI-powered design tools (Adobe Firefly, Gemini Nano Banana, etc.).
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).
• Background in food, beverage, or CPG industry.

Responsibilities

• Design packaging artwork for retail and consumer products.
• Create 3D mockups for internal reviews and client approvals.
• Develop packaging structures, dielines, BOMs, and material specifications.
• Support production trials and monitor machinery capabilities.
• Conduct press checks at vendor facilities.
• Lead cost-reduction initiatives without compromising quality.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and brand guidelines.
• Integrate sustainable materials to reduce environmental footprint.
• Manage project timelines and communicate risks and milestones.
• Collaborate with vendors on materials, finishes, and production requirements.
