Job summary

Funko is seeking a Packaging Designer to support the Packaging team with design execution, print file prep, and template development in an on-site environment in Everett, WA.

The role requires a foundation in design principles, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects with deadlines. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, plus a strong portfolio, are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Applied Arts degree in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a production-driven environment.
• High attention to detail, particularly with print and packaging assets.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Portfolio demonstrating design fundamentals, layout skills, and/or packaging-related work.

Responsibilities

Position Overview:

The Packaging Designer is a production-focused role supporting the Packaging team through design execution, print file preparation, and template development. This position requires a strong foundation in design principles, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

Salary Information

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $33.00 - $39.42 hourly. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
