Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, IT or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in packaging, manufacturing, engineering support, quality, IT or data management.
• Experience maintaining ERP, PLM, or other data management systems (Syspro, SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint.
• Strong analytical, organizational, documentation, and data management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with cross‑functional collaboration.
• Comfortable in office and manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Support packaging development, optimization, commercialization, and continuous improvements.
• Maintain packaging, product, and master data across the product lifecycle and ERP/PLM systems.
• Develop, maintain, and control packaging specifications, BOMs, testing records, and technical files.
• Coordinate packaging validations, shelf-life testing, product trials, and implementation activities.
• Analyze packaging and production performance data; prepare reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support product launches and changes.
• Monitor cross‑functional workflows for new product introductions and approvals.
