2 Towns Ciderhouse in Oregon is seeking a Packaging Crew Lead to run the packaging line, supervise staff, and ensure safe, efficient operations. You will oversee bottling and canning, operate equipment, and coordinate with the production team to resolve issues.

As a Packaging Crew Lead, you’ll keep the packaging operation running smoothly, from bottling and canning to equipment operation, troubleshooting, and keeping the crew on track. You’ll work closely with people across the production team, help solve problems as they come up, and make sure the work gets done safely and efficiently.

Starting Wage:$23.00/Hour
Schedule:Sunday - Wednesday 6:00 am - 6:30 pm*The Packaging crew works 12‑hour shifts, Sunday through Wednesday. The schedule alternates between 4 days on/3 days off and 3 days on/4 days off, with the Wednesday shift rotating each week.
