Job summary

TricorBraun is a global packaging leader seeking a driven sales professional to master complex packaging details for customers. You will uncover needs, propose custom packaging solutions, and collaborate with design and senior experts to finalize products.

Overnight travel is expected in a hybrid work setting. The role emphasizes consultative sales with mid-to-large clients, strong communication, and CRM proficiency, with a base plus commission and a car allowance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s preferred with 3+ years of progressive sales experience.
• Consultative sales with medium to large businesses and long sales cycles.
• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• CRM proficiency to manage accounts and events; Microsoft Suite knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Help customers master packaging details and uncover needs to propose custom solutions.
• Distribute and coordinate with experts, design team, and customers for final product changes.
• Build sales as you identify needs, select products, and manage the sales cycle with customers.
• Overnight travel expected; engage with customers and our team to close deals.
