Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
• 3–7 years of project engineering or manufacturing experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies, budgeting, and cross-functional leadership.
• Must have direct experience troubleshooting manufacturing lines and coordinating projects.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD is required; SolidWorks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive design and development of assembly and packaging projects for new product launches.
• Validate packaging processes and ensure product design requirements are met.
• Support operations by providing technical solutions to improve quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to communicate technical concepts to customers.
• Develop and maintain project deliverables such as URS/FRS, FAT/SAT and validation protocols.
