Job summary

Equator, a global packaging design agency and part of the Propelis Group, is seeking an Account Manager to lead day-to-day client relationships for private label branded retail accounts. You will support cross-functional teams from design through delivery, ensuring projects meet briefs and timelines.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in account/project management within a creative agency or CPG environment, with packaging design experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of creative agency experience in Account Management or Project Management.
• Experience in packaging design from start to finish (brand foundation to production hand off).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Commitment to high standards of creativity, quality, client service and deadlines.
• Understanding of the creative process with proactive problem solving.
• Ability to evaluate design effectiveness and brand performance across packaging.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular updates to Clients on project status, deliverables and timelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects align with Client objectives and Briefs.
• Ensure deliverables are met on schedule and within budgets.
• Monitor progress, address challenges and escalate issues as needed.
• Prepare client presentations and strategic recommendations with rationale.
• Lead status meetings and circulate agendas and reports.
