Sunrise Farms Pet Products LLC is seeking a Packaging Associate & Warehouse Assistant to help us deliver all-natural dog chews and treats. You'll ensure packaging accuracy, labeling, and on-time shipping in a clean, organized environment.

In this role you will split time between packaging (70%) and warehouse support (30%), weigh and portion products, label batches, receive inventory, pick and pack orders, and maintain safety and hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience in packaging, fulfillment, or warehouse operations is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Comfortable working with natural animal products.
• Dependable, punctual, and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Weigh, count, and portion all-natural dog chews and treats into branded packaging.
• Seal, label, and batch-package products according to company standards.
• Inspect products for quality and consistency before packaging.
• Ensure all packaging materials are used efficiently with minimal waste.
• Follow safety, hygiene, and food handling standards (FDA, USDA compliance where applicable).
• Receive, organize, and store incoming inventory.
• Pick and pack customer orders for fulfillment (DTC and wholesale).
• Assist in stock counts and inventory management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Load and unload shipments as needed.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Packaging (Primary Focus – 70%)
