Job summary

Adecco is hiring Production Packaging Associates for a Janesville, WI manufacturing facility. This entry-level role includes three shifts with wages from $20.00 to $22.00 per hour, depending on shift and overtime opportunities.

As a team member you will load boxes, inspect containers, palletize, monitor lines, and help maintain a clean, safe work area. No prior production experience is required — training is provided, and PPE is supplied.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to follow safety and quality procedures.
• Able to stand and walk for long periods.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willing to bend, kneel, crouch or climb as needed.

Responsibilities

• Load cardboard and fold boxes for production
• Remove empty containers and inspect for quality
• Package containers 4 per carton
• Palletize finished cartons and shrink-wrap pallets
• Monitor production lines and clear jams
• Inspect bottles and packaging for defects
• Replenish packaging materials as needed
• Move finished products to designated areas
• Keep work area clean, organized and safe
• Follow safety and manufacturing procedures
• Wear required PPE
• Work as part of a team to maintain smooth production flow
• Perform other duties as assigned
