Job summary

Staffmark is hiring for a Packaging Associate in Valencia, CA. Earn $17.81–$18.47 per hour with a Monday–Friday schedule and multiple shift options; training is provided in the first week. You will operate and set up packaging lines for powders, tablets, and capsules, while maintaining cleanliness and cGMP compliance.

Qualifications

• Ability to work safely in manufacturing environments.
• Ability to follow written work instructions, procedures, and quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail with reliability and consistent quality.
• Experience operating packaging equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work on each packaging line for the production of powders, tablets, and capsules.
• Set up each packaging line per the Line Lead’s assignment.
• Understand and operate packaging equipment (Cotton, Desiccant, Neckband, Capper, Bottles, Cleaning, Pack and Pallet).
• Report issues in the packaging line to the Line Lead.
• Support janitorial duties to keep area clean and compliant with cGMP.
