Job summary

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Packaging Associate for a local fiber company in Vonore, TN. The role focuses on inspecting packaging materials, assembling, sealing, labeling, and ensuring product integrity in a clean, safe work area.

The position offers 12-hour shifts on either 7AM–7PM or 7PM–7AM in a 2-3-2 rotation, with holiday and vacation pay accrual, medical insurance, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a packaging or manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

• Collaborating with the team to identify and implement process improvements.

Packaging Associate Qualifications:

Packaging Associate Shift:

• 1st or 2nd Shift (12 hour shifts)


• 7AM – 7PM or 7PM-7AM


• (2-3-2 scheduling) Must be able to work assigned rotation including holidays.
