Job summary

Nestlé USA in Miami, Oklahoma, is hiring a Packaging Associate to support production efficiency in our warehouse setting. You will perform sanitation duties, operate production and processing equipment, and conduct quality checks to meet product specifications.

The role requires at least 6 months in manufacturing or similar, English proficiency, and dependable attendance. Shifts run 3:00 PM–11:30 PM or 11:00 PM–7:30 AM, with overtime as needed. Pay is $18.32 per hour plus eligible bonuses.

• Must have basic proficiency of English language to comply with verbal and written directions, signs, policies and procedures.

Position Summary

Our manufacturing facility in Miami, Oklahoma, stands as a testament to the pet care industry's excellence. As a Packaging Associate, you’ll perform a variety of tasks within our dynamic warehouse environment to support production efficiency. Bring your problem-solving skill set as you quickly respond critical, unforeseen equipment issues that may arise throughout the normal operation day. Successful candidates must maintain a great attendance record and must be able to work overtime and off shifts.

The pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at top of range.
