Job summary

Ecolab is recruiting for a production teammate at the Swannanoa, NC plant to support the primary packaging line. You will assist with labeling parts, perform changeovers, move and lift empty containers, and help ensure the production plan is met in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

You will also complete routine changeovers and basic autonomous maintenance, keep the area clean and organized to 5S standards, and contribute to safety and quality by following all policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ year of experience in production or manufacturing.
• No immigration sponsorship available for this role.

What You Will Do

• Ensure safety, quality standards, policies, and procedures are followed in a manufacturing environment.

• Complete routine changeovers and basic autonomous maintenance (AM) tasks.

Position Details

• Plant location: Swannanoa, North Carolina

• Shift: Monday - Thursday 6:00am-4:00pm

• Compensation: $16.50/hour

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED

• 1+ years of experience in production

• No immigration sponsorship available for this role

Physical Demands

• Must be able to lift/carry 50lbs

• Must be able to pass a drug screen and physical exam

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in plant or warehouse

• Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, percentages, and decimals

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range:

The pay rate is $16.50 per hour. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
